The problem

Why 80% give up by week two

  • Strava's data says about 80% of fitness resolutions are abandoned by the second week of January. It's called Quitter's Day.
  • 50% lost motivation, 35% set goals their lives couldn't support, 30% had no plan, only an intention.
  • It isn't a discipline problem. It's a design problem. A program that only works when life cooperates isn't a program. It's a wishlist.
More on the thinking behind TEM

The experience behind TEM

Built from years of working with real people.

TEM was built as a response to an industry that often adds more pressure instead of solving the real problem. The result for most people is hard work without progress, and a growing sense that nothing is ever enough. Created by a certified personal trainer with years of experience, working with everyone from beginners to fitness athletes. More on what we learned from the industry →

The people in the photos below worked hard, and they earned every bit of what you see. We're grateful they let us share it. But these aren't a "this could be you" pitch. They're proof we've done the work, with real people, in real situations. More on what photos can and can't show →

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How is this different from free content online?

There's a lot of correct information online. The hard part is knowing what to do with it, in what order, and how it applies to your situation. This course gives you a coherent framework, structured prompts that connect the principles to your real life, and a personal plan you build as you go. The information ends up doing something, instead of sitting in browser tabs.

I've tried other courses and quit halfway. Why would this be different?

Most courses ask you to consume content. This one asks you to think about your own situation in every module, and what you build is yours, not a generic template. People who've quit other programs often finish this one because the work is theirs from the start, and because lifetime access means you're never racing the clock.

Is this for beginners or experienced lifters?

Both. The principles apply at every level. Beginners get a coherent foundation, experienced lifters get a framework for breaking plateaus without buying another program.

Do I need a gym?

No. The course teaches you how to choose exercises and build sessions around the equipment you actually have, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just your body.

How long does it take to complete?

Most users work through it over two to four weeks, but it's self-paced and auto-saves. Your access doesn't expire, so you can revisit any module whenever your situation changes.

Is this another diet program?

No. There are no meal plans to follow, no foods to eliminate, and no calorie targets prescribed for you. The nutrition modules teach you how to make those decisions yourself, based on your goals and your week.

What if I'm injured or have a health condition?

The course is educational, not medical. If you have a specific injury or condition, please work with a qualified clinician alongside the material. The principles you'll learn make those conversations easier, not redundant.

Can I get a refund?

See the full refund policy at checkout. If something isn't right, get in touch. TEM would rather hear from you than have you leave unhappy.
