Common questions

There's a lot of correct information online. The hard part is knowing what to do with it, in what order, and how it applies to your situation. This course gives you a coherent framework and a personal plan you build as you go, so the information ends up doing something instead of sitting in browser tabs.

Most courses ask you to consume content. This one asks you to think about your own situation in every module, and what you build is yours, not a generic template. Lifetime access means you're never racing the clock.

Both. The principles apply at every level. Beginners get a coherent foundation, experienced lifters get a framework for breaking plateaus without buying another program.

No. The course teaches you how to choose exercises and build sessions around the equipment you actually have, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just your body.

No. There are no meal plans to follow, no foods to eliminate, and no calorie targets prescribed for you. The nutrition modules teach you how to make those decisions yourself.
