Information we collect

We collect only the information we genuinely need to process your orders, give you access to your products, and run the site reliably. In practice this usually means your name, email address, billing details, and a record of what you have purchased. We never ask for more than is necessary, and we do not collect sensitive personal data.

What you enter in the course

Anything you fill in while using The Enough Method and its add-ons, such as your answers, plans, logs, and preferences, is saved locally in your own browser. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not something we can see or access.

How we use your information

Your information is used to deliver what you have bought, provide support, keep your account secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you have chosen to opt in, we may also send you the occasional update. We never sell your data, and we share it only with the trusted providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor and email provider, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.

Purchases and access

The Enough Method and its add-ons are digital products. Once your payment has been confirmed, you receive access to the material tied to your account. That access is granted to you personally and is not transferable to anyone else.

Intellectual property

All course material, text, graphics, and branding on temcollective belong to Third Iteration AB and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to use them for your own training, but they remain our property and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and available immediately, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If something is not right, or a product is not what you expected, get in touch within a reasonable time and we will do our best to put it right.

Limitation of liability

Our content is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for personalised medical, nutritional, or professional advice. You are responsible for training safely and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of our products or this site.
