Built as a response

Strava's data says about 80% of fitness resolutions are abandoned by the second week of January. It's called Quitter's Day. Some lost motivation, others set unrealistic goals, many had no plan at all. We don't see it as a discipline problem. It's a design problem. A program that only works when life cooperates isn't a program. It's a wishlist.

The fitness world keeps telling people to do more. More rules, more pressure, more impossible standards, all disguised as discipline. I watched people spin their wheels, feeling productive while it quietly led to burnout and frustration instead of results. The real thing standing in their way was usually mindset, and no personal trainer can rebuild that in one hour while still delivering the hard, sweaty session people expect. So I stopped coaching by the hour and built this instead.
